Greco's Italian Ices And Homemade Ice Cream

Thank you for the quick response, much appreciated and I will stop in this week. I was just ripped off, and will not go back. The owner is totally at fault for not providing adequate training to the employees. They were working very hard but didn't know what they were doing. I spent $24 for 2 quarts of ice cream that were 1/3 to 1/2 AIR, see attached pictures. When I commented to the employee about all the air all I got was shrugged shoulders. Since you pay before being served I was stuck with the air filled quarts. The line was long and I didn't' want to delay others by asking for a refund. Too bad cause the ice cream is very good.

The ice cream is phenomenal!!! I'm new to the Lititz area and the kiddos and I love grabbing ice cream whenever we go out. We've been to Greco's a few times now and it's been great every time! Staff is very nice and engaging. Haven't gotten to meet the owner yet but I've heard great things. My kid's favorite ice cream shop now, hands down! They literally ask to go everyday 😅. Keep up the great work y'all!

Disappointed with service today. My mother took my children today for ice cream . She asked for a vanilla twist. She received a vanilla and chocolate twist. She didn’t realize a vanilla twist had chocolate in it. She went to the counter to explain the confusion . The girl at the front counter said sorry no refunds. My mother had to re-purchase the correct ice cream. Not great customer service.

Went in today with our Grandson for some soft serve ice cream. The soft serve machine is broken. We waited 15 minutes at the counter to be served but the only person working behind the counter (not her fault) was filling a container order. We could tell she wasn't close to being finished with that order (again, not her fault), so we left. A nice sunny Saturday in crowded Lititz and only one person on duty? Since Mike sold the business, price per amount of ice cream has gone up and service has gone way down. Management is to blame for our bad experience today. And not our first bad experience since new Management.

The server with long brown hair was unnecessarily rude. We've been here before and the service was mediocre to say the best. It's overpriced, but it's lititz so that's whatever. But the girl today was a major put off. It's not worth the money. Just go to Rita's. In response:(I couldnt figure out how to just reply I apologize) but we went in and my son had to use the bathroom, I understand it said for customers only, so I was either going to tip 6 bucks or buy a shake but the girl kept cutting me off and had a bad attitude. When we walked in she ignored us for somewhere around 5 minutes even though she saw us walk in. When we visited before we were disappointed with how expensive everything was and the small portion sizes, but the girls were still rather rude and kind of cold(like short answers, no personality) but today the girl with long brown hair was just straight rude. There was an Italian fest and she told me they closed the bathroom off from customers. Which okay, but how she handled it was unnecessary. My son is 7 and he even said she was mean.
